2. Completed Campaigns

Once a campaign has reached the full agreed target number of businesses, it is considered completed.

Completed campaigns are non-refundable.

This includes situations where:

  • The agreed number of businesses has been contacted
  • Outreach execution has fully concluded
  • Results or response rates do not meet client expectations

Smartblasts does not guarantee response rates, conversions, or business outcomes.

3. Incomplete Campaigns

If a client requests to stop a campaign before reaching the agreed target number of businesses, the campaign is considered incomplete.

In such cases:

  • Smartblasts will refund the proportional balance for businesses not yet contacted.
  • The refund is calculated based on the number of remaining businesses in the original agreed target.

Example:

If a client purchases a campaign targeting 10,000 businesses and requests termination after 6,000 businesses have been contacted:

  • The campaign is considered 60% completed.
  • The remaining 4,000 businesses (40%) will be refunded.
  • The refund amount will correspond strictly to the unused portion of the campaign.

Refunds will not apply to businesses already contacted at the time of termination request.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds for incomplete campaigns will be processed within:

7–14 business days

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed campaigns
  • Client dissatisfaction with response rates
  • Changes in marketing strategy after campaign completion
  • Delays caused by inaccurate client-provided targeting information
  • Violations of Smartblasts’ Terms of Service

6. Campaign Termination Requests

All campaign termination requests must be submitted in writing via:

campaigns@smartblasts.co

Refund eligibility is determined based on campaign progress at the time the written request is received.

7. Modifications

STRIVETECH SOLUTIONS LTD. reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected with a revised effective date.
